MERTHYR twice came behind to earn a share of the spoils in an entertaining opening day tussle which saw a goal after just 15 seconds and an early contender for goal of the season!

Things could not have started any worse for the Martyrs – losing a player before kick-off and going a goal down inside the opening minute.
