A SECOND-HALF strike from Nathan Hayward helped guide Bromsgrove Sporting to a win over Hitchin Town.
The midfielder unleashed a left footed effort from the edge of the box just shy of the hour mark, as Sporting extended their unbeaten run to five matches in all competitions.
The first half was devoid of any big chances until the 27th minute, when Miro Pais hit the post from the outskirts of the penalty box.
