KIERAN PHILLIPS enjoyed a dream debut for Dorchester Town on loan from Bristol Rovers. He opened the scoring in the first minute with a simple tap-in after Sam Bayston’s low ball into the box caught out keeper Leighton Fanshawe then doubled his and the Magpies tally after 35 minutes clipping home from eight yards after good work by substitute Harry Hodges and a cross from Bayston.
