GOSPORT continued their winning form with another home win, which sees them stay second in the Southern League Premier South.
Yate opened the scoring after six minutes as a loose ball was seized upon by Oliver Mehew, who calmly slotted home, before chances from Samuel Kamara and Andy Lewis went over the bar.
In response Borough equalised as Harvey Rew’s effort was toepoked home by the lurking Matt Briggs for his first Gosport goal, moments after the Yate keeper had made a brilliant save.
