IT WAS men versus boys as Biggleswade romped home to an extraordinary victory against 10-man Barwell. The floodgates opened on nine minutes after Joe Howe’s cross was flicked home by new signing Ben Stevens. Waders immediately went looking for number two when Roman Silva latched onto a clever Stevens back-heel to calmly finish, having gone close just moments earlier.
After the break the home side ramped up their assault which was aided when Barwell were reduced to 10 men just minutes into the second half.
