The Glassboys carved out numerous chances but couldn’t take advantage before hanging on at the death having been reduced to 10 men.
Stourbridge squandered early opportunities as Ben O’Hanlon fired wide before Ethan Moran forced Dean Snedker into a superb save.
It was completely against the run of play when the aptly named Ben Diamond cut the Stourbridge defence apart with a sublime pass that sent Connor Furlong clear to lob home.
