THE Puritans brought their unbeaten record to Westwood Road but bargained without their ex-manager Mike Ford, who along with joint manager Ricky Marheineke, ensured that they departed with that record in tatters.
Ives got off to a flying start as left back Camron McWilliams outpaced the visitors defence to get to the bye line before pulling the ball back to Ed Hottor, who unleashed a screamer into the top corner from the edge of the box.
