THE first match between Winchester City and Chesham United since 2006/07 saw the teams finish all square.
With driving rain very much a feature of the first half, Chesham took a thirrd-minute lead through Karl Oliyide when a corner wasn’t cleared.
Charlie Philpott, in the Winchester goal, then made an excellent double save when a free kick taken by Frank Sutherland resulted in the ball being played into the box.
