HENDON scored a goal in each half to win a vital relegation six-pointer against North Leigh, who recently relieved joint bosses Eddie Odhiambo and Michael Alexis of their duties.
The Millers got some early joy down the flanks, but when the ball came into the area, the Greens’ Marcin Brzozowski twice easily gathered the ball.
The opening goal came after 31 minutes when the North Leigh defence made a slight mistake.
Liam Brooks capitalised, sending Gabriel Odunaike clear to round Adam North and slip the ball into the net.
