ON-LOAN Dan Sweeney struck deep into added time as struggling Alvechurch fought back from two down to end a five-match losing streak at Barwell.
Sweeney, brought in on an initial one-month deal from Spalding United, popped up at the far post five minutes past the 90 to clip the Canaries’ wings.
Barwell had established a commanding advantage through Ethan Hill and Trey Charles, but it was all to play for when Jaanai Gordon’s penalty halved the deficit in first-half stoppage time.
