AFC Sudbury picked up a huge three points in their fight for survival, as Hitchin Town’s struggles continued in a tight game at the bottom.
The home side started on the front foot, having more of the possession, but would have been behind had it not been for a great save by James Bradbrook to deny Jack Snelsus. At the other end, Charles Horlock was the hero, making a fine double save to deny first Malachi Napa and then Tom Dickens to keep the scores level.
