LOWESTOFT manager Jamie Godbold was buzzing after this confident performance yesterday.
A pulsating start saw Flynn Clarke burst through and shave the upright. Bromsgrove’s reply saw Kieran Cool pounce on a mistake by Charlie Norman but Luke Holt saved bravely at his feet.
Town were looking the sharper side in the first quarter and took the lead in the 13th minute.
Kyle Haylock’s burst forward was ended by George Forsyth just outside the area and Harvey Syer floated in a delightful free-kick.
