AFC SUDBURY dragged Redditch into the thick of the relegation battle with a controversial but deserved winner at the MEL Group Stadium.
Sudbury started the match on top as Myles Cowling had a great opportunity following a clever corner routine, but from 12 yards out he hit his shot way over the bar.
Redditch’s only chance came with 20 minutes gone as Rivel Mardenborough had the ball at his feet in the 18-yard box, but from close range he hit his shot straight at James Bradbrook who made a great save.
