HARBOROUGH boosted their play-off hopes with a narrow victory at the Valley Stadium, a result that plunged their opponents deeper into relegation trouble.
The visitors scored with their first chance of the game after 32 minutes when defender Alex Morris went on a marauding run upfield before the ball was worked to Jutorre Burgess and Luis Rose. His shot was not dealt with by the Reds defence and debutant keeper Dan Moore allowed Ben Stephens to slot into the empty net.
