CHERTSEY TOWN spent most of this exchange not just knocking on bottom side Bracknell’s door but more like banging hard on it, with the defending side managing to maintain a closed latch.
Following a goal apiece in the first half, it was a touch of irony that the visitors came closest to finding a way through in their only meaningful attack in the second half.
