GOSPORT were left disappointed as they were held to a draw by Dorchester at the AEI Stadium.
The hosts started brightly and saw an early shot saved by Dorchester keeper Gerald Benfield, whilst Hisham Kasimu hit the side netting after eight minutes.
But Gosport’s breakthrough arrived moments later as Kasimu slotted home following a brilliant counter-attack, before the visitors had a free-kick deflected away for a corner after 17 minutes.
