Gloucester City came out on top of the key promotion battle at Poole.
The two sides started the level on points and goal difference in second and third places.
Gloucester dominated possession in the first half and were quick to close Poole down.
However, Poole looked dangerous on the break and a great cross from the right by Daniel Carr just evaded Shaquille Gwengwe’s head.
