Harborough Town lost ground on Spalding in the title race after being held at home by Real Bedford.
With first hosting third at the Beehive, the contest had a big-game feel about it.
The atmosphere reflected the importance of the occasion, with Harborough’s contingent of Spanish supporters in attendance and in fine voice throughout.
However, The Pirates dampened the mood holding them to a draw.
