GOSPORT BOROUGH secured a precious three points as they beat Poole Town one-nil success at a sun-bathed AEI Stadium.
Both teams saw spells of possession in the early stages with Poole creating their first chances in the ninth minute; Antonio Diaz forcing a stop by Lucas Thomas and the home keeper then saving a low effort from the resulting corner.
