KNIGHT LEADS THE CHARGE

DAVID Knight scored a brilliant hat-trick as Bowers & Pitsea routed rivals Basildon United 4- 0 to stay comfortably top of the Nor th Division.
Bowers, who find themselves 11 points clear, took the lead in the 17th minute as Brad War ner’s cross was stylishly flicked home by Knight.
Warner then went close to doubling the lead but his free-kick curled just wide.
Knight was to go on and complete his hat-trick in the second half, first smashing home a penalty after Quentin Monville was stupidly tripped by Jef frey Cobblah before firing home a volley aft...
