PHOENIX Sports edged an even contest in blustery conditions against Sevenoaks Town at the Mayplace Ground.
A narrow victory leaves east London outfit Phoenix ninth in the South East Division table, moving ahead of Ramsgate.
Meanwhile, Sevenoaks have dropped to 13th following a 13th defeat of the season so far.
The visitors had the better of the first half and went close when Frankie Sawyer shot wide before Fraser Walker was unlucky as he saw an effort clip the upright.
