ROMFORD secured a valuable win in their quest to avoid relegation by impressively downing third-from-bottom Witham Town. The result was secured with ease and the Boro deservedly move off the bottom of the league as a result.
Danny Nesbitt slotted home his first for the club after 20 minutes when a shot was blocked and the ball ran kindly into his path, where he made no mistake. The hugely impressive Ayo Olukoga doubled the lead just before half-time, racing on to a ball down the wing and cutting inside before firing home.
