FOLKESTONE were unable to open up a gap at the top of the table and finished a frustrating afternoon against lowly Brightlingsea with ten men.
Left-back Alfie Paxman was shown a straight red card in the 85th minute for a challenge on Jake Clowsley.
Invicta had the better chances but could not find a way past Rs goalkeeper Charlie Turner, who was the afternoon’s star man.
So they were unable to take advantage of a day when none of the division’s top three won.
