ERBSTEIN MEMORY LIVES ON

CORINTHIAN-CASUALS are set to host the second Egri Erbstein tournament next July – along with Sheffield FC.
Casuals won the inaugural tournament in Budapest in July 2019.
Erno Egri Erbstein is considered one of football’s great pioneers as he coached Grande Torino to five consecutive championships in Italy before the Superga air disaster in May 1949.
Former team BAK cofounded the tournament to ensure his memory lives on.
The Hungarian side are in again, along with American outfit Fall River Marksmen, and the world’s oldest club Sheffield FC.
