■ BEDFONT continued their impressive form as they condemned Northwood to their seventh successive league defeat.
The Eagles had the strong wind behind them in the opening period as they pinned Woods back for long spells.
And after the hosts forced a series of corners, they finally scored from one as Connagh Wilks headed home at the near post after 35 minutes.
Northwood enjoyed plenty of possession in the second half but were struggling to create any worthwhile chances with the Eagles remaining a threat on the break.
