■ A RED card for Chalfont defender Geoff Kibaki proved the turning point as Hanwell took control..
Early exchanges saw neither side create anything until Kibaki, who had been a late replacement in the Chalfont starting line-up, handled on the line and received a straight red card.
The resulting penalty was confidently converted by Tom Collins.
The second goal came in the 55th minute, when Adam Laaref’s skilful all-round performance was rewarded when he headed in a Harry Rush cross.
