■ SUTTON Common Rovers’ fightback from 2-0 down proved in vain against Binfield.
Binfield struck after 21 minutes, when Rovers failed to clear and Callum Bunting fired low beyond Craig Bradshaw.
It got better for the visitors on the half hour when Asa Povey released Kensey Maloney to score.
Rovers were handed a lifeline in stoppage time when Bunting bundled over Kiye Martin and Connor French converted the spot-kick.
