■ UXBRIDGE and Chip- stead played out a tight encounter, just edged by the home side.
In a close opening 45 minutes the home side created the clearest opportunities, but Anthony Mendy and Mahlondo Martin were unable to apply the finishing touches.
Chipstead had their fair share of the possession but failed to test Tyler Tobin.
It was a different story after the break as Mendy add two more goals to his impressive tally, the first a far post header in the 46th minute and three minutes later beating Matt Kerbey from the spot.
