DEREHAM produced a great second-half comeback to earn a point against Maldon & Tiptree.
Maldon were ahead in the fifth minute through- Frankie Terry but Dereham felt they should have a penalty soon after, boss Adam Gusterson sent off for his protests.
To add salt to their wounds, the Jammers doubled their lead with a Brian Ifeanyi penalty.
The Essex side increased their lead when Bradley McClenaghan headed home early in the second half.
