■ A 90TH-MINUTE penalty by Adam Vyse rescued a point for Witham Town in a wellcontested match at the Simarco Stadium against Grays Athletic.
Witham, in their first match under interim manager Chris Taylor, made a lively start and a third-minute header from Luke Ige nearly put them ahead.
Joe Paxman broke the deadlock for Grays in the 51st minute just after they had missed a penalty.
Time seemed to have run out for Witham until the late penalty, with onrushing Vyse denied in the 74 minute by Danny Sambridge in the Grays goal.
