■ CORINTHIAN cruised to a comfortable win over VCD Athletic, to bounce back from last week’s disappointing result at Three Bridges. Corinthian started well and took an early lead when Jamie Miller let fly from 30 yards and with Mott rooted to the spot the ball flew into the top corner. VCD gradually grew into the game had several good deliveries from Edwards, dealt with expertly by the Hoops back line, but in truth offered little else throughout.
