RYAN Scott’s 90th-minute header gave Aveley victory in this battle of the newly-promoted at Pilot Field.
It was a bitter-sweet few minutes for Scott, who saw red in stoppage-time. But it was all sweetness for his team.
Millers keeper David Hughes pulled off a marvellous early save from Tom Chalmers’ 20-yard screamer.
But the water-break changed the momentum. And the visitors began testing Us keeper Louis Rogers, with Finn O’Mara making some fine defensive interventions.
