VICKERS took all three points thanks to goals from Anthony Adesite Danny Phillips.
The home side had Haywards Heath very much on the back foot with a strong start.
David Ozobia and centre forward Kareem Isiaka had chances to open the scoring, but it was left to Adesite to put the ball under advancing keeper Billy Collins to put Vickers one up Haywards Heath set a better pace in the second half putting Vickers off their pace.
