NORTHWOOD staged a second half recovery to take the points in this top versus bottom clash.
Woods took the lead after 25 minute direct from a Micah Jackson corner which deceived keeper Mo Otuyu.
Merstham came back well and got their noses in front with goals from Charles Greenwood and Lorenzo Lewis.
Woods came out strongly after half-time, Sydney Ibie converting from the penalty spot after 58 minutes, and two minutes later Jake Tabor opened his account for the club with a header after good work from Ibie.
