JEFFERSON Aibangee’s second-half goal saw Ramsgate edge past Sheppey in a tight affair.
Whilst both sides entered the game separated by just five places, the table hardly painted the whole picture with as many as 30 points between Ramsgate at the top of the South East Division and Sheppey United in fifth.
Despite that, it was the hosts who enjoyed the early momentum, with Rhys Wyborn among those guilty of spurning well-worked opportunities.
