STEVE McKimm has set his sights on leading Carshalton Athletic into the Isthmian Premier play-off positions – by instilling a good old-fashioned sprinkling of hard work and consistency into his team.
McKimm joined the Robins last summer from Tonbridge Angels, where he spent eight years guiding them to promotion and the first round of the FA Cup.
And he joins a club desperate for success as they seek a return to Step 2 for the first time in 18 years.
The Robins finished second in the table back in 2018- 19 but lost in the play-offs, so McKimm is eyeing a shot at redemption.
