HUCKNALL TOWN are advertising for a new manager after parting company with Jason Truscott.

Truscott is currently caught up in a wrangle with a former employer and both he and Huckanll felt it best that he relinquished his duties at Watnall Road.

Darren Kelk has taken charge of first-team affairs on a temporary basis but the club have encouraged applications from potential permanent successors.

A statement on the club’s website said: “Anybody wanting to apply for the vacant managerial position must do so in writing to: Hucknall Town FC, Watnall Road, Hucknall, Nottinghamshire, NG15 6EY.”

The Yellows are currently rooted to the bottom of Northern Premier League Division One South with just 15 points from 25 games.
