A STRONG second-half performance saw Grantham comfortably overcome Marine to remain within three points of a place in the play-offs.
Marine began the game strongly, but apart from a shot from Florian Da Silva, they didn’t trouble Grantham keeper Kieron Preston.
Lee Shaw was marginally offside when clear and Michael Hollingsworth headed over before Grantham took the lead on 42 minutes, as Shaw laid the ball back to Curtis Burrows, who found the bottom corner from the edge of the box.
