BEDWORTH United survived more than 45 minutes with just ten men to end their season with a credible draw at Stocksbridge Park Steels.
Liam Cross’ campaign ended on a sour note for the visitors, picking up a straight red card just moments before half-time for violent conduct.
By then both sides had already found the back of the net – with a 1-1 scoreline the fair result.
Brodie Litchfield had put the hosts ahead after seven minutes, with their superior status in the league looking like it may prove dividends.
