BUXTON’S POOR RUN EXTENDED

BUXTON 1
BUXTON are still looking for their first win of the season but they did score their first goal.
It gave them the lead in a low key game at Workington.
In an uneventful first half Buxton did have the ball in the net but the referee had blown earlier for a foul.
The game did not really come alive until the 58th minute when Buxton took the lead.
A mix-up saw the ball run loose and substitute Jude Oyibo collected before outpacing the home cover to slot a low shot home.
