BAMBER Bridge suffered a home defeat as Mickleover Sports survived relegation on the last day.
Bamber Bridge pushed hard to get something out of the game but they couldn’t find the all-important equaliser when it mattered most.
Brig led at half time, but a late second-half comeback saw the away side get the three points they needed to stay in the league.
Chances were few and far between as Brig dominated the first half hour, but only had a low shot from Ali Waddecar tested the Sports goalkeeper.
