LANCASTER were denied top spot by Liam Tongue’s stoppage- time equaliser.
Hyde came from behind twice, with Tongue’s goal as spectacular as it was dramatic.
The visitors nearly led on 27 minutes when a well-placed Alex Starcenko steered his effort wide.
And Lancaster made them pay five minutes later. Matty Blinkhorn’s flick-on found its way to David Norris who had time and space to fire a shot past Hyde keeper Luke Mewitt.
