LATE GOAL LENGTHENS THE SPORTS’ LOSING RUN

AN 87th-minute winner condemned Mickleover Sports to a sixth successive defeat in all competitions and helped Radcliffe steal all three points at the Don Amott Arena.
Radcliffe’s goal, which was scored by late substitute Elliot Rokka, left Sports’ keeper Muhammed Otoyo rooted to the spot.
It was a feisty affair from the start as both teams battled for every ball. Both sides had a number of chances in the first-half but the visitors had the more clear-cut openings.
