■ WORKINGTON came out on top in this six-goal thriller.
Workington’s Sam Smith opened the scoring.
The equalising goal for Ossett United came on eight minutes from Aaron Haswell.
Workington went back into the lead on 13 minutes from Scott Allinson.
Workington scored on 31 minutes from Nathan Waterson. In the second half Greaves made it 3-2 on 55 minutes. Marco Bassett shot wide on 57 minutes.
Ossett made a double change on the 71st minute. Workington made it 4-2 on 87 minutes from Carroll.
