DIEGO De Girolamo starred as new Buxton manager Gary Hayward earned his first victory in style.
Goals change games and two penalties, sweetly struck home by Liam Hardy either side of half-time, gave the Bucks an ascendancy they never looked like losing.
Both penalties were awarded for fouls on De Girolamo – the first by keeper Tom Taylor as the striker tried to chip into goal, the second by Josh Barrett as the striker burst through centrally.
