JAMES Barrigan struck on his birthday to earn a point for Marine at home to Brighouse Town.
It took Marine just four minutes to go in front, as Jamie White in the Brighouse goal could only get a hand to Mark Howarth’s long-range effort.
Niall Cummins had the ball in the back of the net again just three minutes later for Marine, but it was ruled out for offside.
Brighouse responded well, though, equalising on nine minutes through Joe Jagger.
The visitors then went ahead shortly after halftime, Thomas Haigh making it 2-1 on 53 minutes.
