RYAN Mitchell rescued a late point for 1874 Northwich in a thrilling game at Clitheroe.

In an explosive first half, Sefton Gonzales firmly headed home a Cole Lonsdale corner to out the hosts ahead.
1874, though, roared back and scored a sublime goal as Scott McGowan expertly volleyed in a right-wing cross.
Clitheroe came back and after Jamie Edwards was fouled inside the area, Lonsdale thumped home the resulting penalty.
The second half was more disjointed, but the energy was with the visitors, and it was no surprise when deep into injury-time ...
