BUXTON had to settle for a point on Saturday from a hard-fought encounter against FC United.
Defender Aaron Morris opened the scoring three minutes into the second half, but his goal would eventually be cancelled out with 13 minutes left by Diego De Girolamo.
There was not much to separate these sides in the first half, with both keepers producing good saves to keep the scores level.
But on 48 minutes the Reds broke the deadlock, with Michael Potts producing a wonderful ball to find the head of defender Morris.
