MORPETH TOWN put in a dominant first half performance before claiming an impressive win at struggling Mickleover.
Andrew Johnson scored twice in 19 minutes to set the Highwaymen on their way before Ben Sayer put it in on 26 minutes to put the visitors in total control and make it seven games unbeaten since caretaker boss Craig Lynch took control. The opened the scoring on five minutes, hitting the roof of the net at the near post, following Sayer’s cutback.
