SPALDING United equalised at the death to deny Daventry Town all three points.
The visitors took the lead in the seventh minute when Nat Gornal Tyler’s sweet left-foot volley found the back of the net from a Taylor Orosz’s excellent corner.
Town captain Ross Harris almost headed a second for the visitors in the 18th minute, but his effort went just over the bar.
Spalding’s Jordan Macleod spurned a chance when he went one-on-one but he also shot over.
